1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in any trial match, tournament, or event organized by SSXI Sports Events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf before participation.

2. Eligibility

• Minimum age: 14 years (players under 18 require parental/guardian consent).
• Participant must be medically fit and physically capable of playing cricket.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Players currently serving any ban from a recognized cricket board are not eligible.

3. Registration & Trial Fee

Registration is complete only after full payment of the trial fee and confirmation from SSXI Sports.

• Trial Match Fee: ₹1,000 (One-Time Only)
• This fee covers: 30–40 over trial match, breakfast, live scoring on Cricheros App, and performance awards.
• No hidden charges whatsoever. Any future opportunity (tours, leagues) will be communicated with full cost details in advance.

4. Injury & Physical Risk Disclaimer

Cricket is a physically demanding sport and carries inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• SSXI Sports Events will NOT be responsible for any injury, illness, accident, or physical harm that occurs during trials, matches, warm-ups, practice sessions, or travel to/from the event.
• Participants play entirely at their own risk.
• SSXI Sports is not liable for any medical expenses, hospital charges, or rehabilitation costs arising from injuries.
• Participants with pre-existing medical conditions must seek doctor approval before participating. SSXI Sports bears no responsibility for complications related to pre-existing conditions.
• All participants are strongly advised to carry personal health/accident insurance.

5. Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before paying the registration fee:

• Voluntary Withdrawal — No Refund:
  If a registered player withdraws before or on the day of the event for any personal reason, no refund will be issued.
• Event Cancelled by SSXI Sports:
  If SSXI Sports cancels the event (rain, venue issue, force majeure), participants will receive a full refund or free rescheduling — their choice.
• Event Rescheduled:
  If the trial date is rescheduled by SSXI Sports, participants may attend the new date or request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.
• Disqualification / Misconduct — No Refund:
  No refund will be given if a participant is disqualified due to misconduct, rule violation, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
• Injury During Trial — No Refund:
  No refund will be issued if a participant is injured during the trial and unable to complete it. The registration fee is non-refundable in such cases.

6. Code of Conduct

• Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before match time.
• Wear proper cricket attire and bring your own equipment.
• Respect all players, officials, umpires, and venue staff at all times.
• Abusive language, violence, or threatening behavior will result in immediate disqualification and permanent ban.
• Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or banned substances before or during events is strictly prohibited.

7. Selection Process

• Selection is 100% merit-based — evaluated by coaches and selectors based on on-field performance.
• The decision of selectors is final and binding. No disputes will be entertained.
• Selection does not guarantee a professional contract or placement with any state/national board.
• Selected players gain access to All-India tournaments, district trials, and auction league trials — details communicated separately.

8. Media & Photography

By participating, you grant SSXI Sports the right to photograph, film, and use your likeness, name, and performance data for promotional use on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

If you do not consent, please notify us in writing 48 hours before the event.

9. Privacy & Data

• Your personal data (name, contact, performance stats) is used only for event management and player development.
• We will never sell your data to third parties.
• We may contact you via call, email, or WhatsApp about upcoming trials and opportunities.
• To request data deletion, email support@ssxisports.com.

10. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR.

SSXI Sports reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to ssxisports.com. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
