Cricket Boards & Selectors: Your performance data may be shared with district/state cricket associations or selectors as part of the selection process.
Tournament Organizers: If selected for All-India tours or auction leagues, your profile may be shared with the relevant tournament organizers.
Payment Processors: Basic transaction data is processed by our payment gateway provider. We do not store your card or bank details.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law or a valid government/court order.

All third parties we work with are required to handle your data responsibly and only for the stated purpose.

4. Media, Photos & Videos

By participating in any SSXI Sports event, you consent to:

Being photographed and/or filmed during matches, warm-ups, and award ceremonies.
Your photos, videos, and highlight clips being published on our website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp channels.
Your name and performance statistics being publicly displayed on our website and the Cricheros App.

If you do not wish to appear in media content, please notify us in writing at support@ssxisports.com at least 48 hours before the event.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

Registration and event data is retained for a minimum of 2 years after your last participation.
Performance records and match data may be kept indefinitely as part of our player database.
Payment records are retained for 5 years in compliance with financial regulations.
